Lately, Japan deleted and amended the expressions which described labor conscription forced by it and comfort women for Japanese imperial army in the textbooks which will be used at high schools next year.
Japan openly revealed its black attempts to teach students that colonial domination over Korea was legal. It shows that Japan has self-justified and imperialist nature, civil organizations in south Korea sharply criticized Japan’s moves of distorting historical facts.
The political circles including the Democratic Party and the Justice Party demanded Japanese authorities to apologize and correct its past deed, expressing their strong regrets at Japan’s stance.
