In recent, broad spectrum of south Korean people in Daegu launched an action against the US.
They surrounded the US military base, carrying placards written “US, leave south Korea!” and “Stop interference in domestic affairs!”.
It is the US that squeezes an exorbitant amount of money from south Korea in pursuit of its interests, south Korea should offer money to the US any more, a member of civic organization noted.
They said that they would vigorously wage actions against the US intervention in internal affairs of south Korea, the US pressure upon south Korea to increase its share of defense cost for the US forces and in demand of the dissolution of the south Korea-US working group.
