President Moon Jae In Plants Tree in Commemoration of Pyongyang Visit

President Moon Jae In on a visit to Pyongyang planted a tree at Paekhwawon on Wednesday.
Planting the tree together with him was Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and vice-chairman of the C.C., WPK.
Present there were Jong Ui Yong, chief of the State Security Office of Chongwadae, Jo Myong Gyun, minister of Unification, Kang Kyong Hwa, minister of Foreign Affairs, Song Yong Mu, minister of Defense, To Jong Hwan, minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Kim Hyon Mi, minister of Land and Transport, Kim Yong Chun, minister of Oceans and Fisheries, So Hun, director of the Intelligence Service, Kim Jae Hyon, minister of the Korea Forest Service, and Kim Hyon Chol, adviser to the president for economic affairs.
Also present there were Kim Nung O, chairman of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK, Ri Son Gwon, chairman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Country, Jang Hyok, minister of Railways, Kim Kyong Jun, minister of Land and Environment Protection, Kang Yong Su, minister of Urban Management, Cha Hui Rim, chairman of the Pyongyang City People’s Committee, working people and schoolchildren in the city.
Prior to the planting, Moon Jae In told the circumstances of bringing a goldenrain tree.
Then Moon Jae In planted the tree together with Choe Ryong Hae.
Erected beside the tree was a monument with the letters “In commemoration of Pyongyang visit 2018.9.18-21 President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae In”.
After the planting, the participants posed for a photo in front of the monument and the tree.
