Reception Given for Art Troupe of Korean Schoolchildren in Japan

A reception was given at the People’s Palace of Culture in honour of an art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan on January 11 under the care of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. The troupe attended the New Year performance of schoolchildren for Juche 108 (2019).
The art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan headed by Ri Sang Won, principal of Korean primary and middle school in Seibang were invited.
The reception was attended by officials concerned, including Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
Kim Yong Chol in his speech said that Kim Jong Un showed loving care for Korean schoolchildren in Japan, valuing them as reliable successors to the patriotic cause.
He noted that through the New Year performance the members of the art troupe impressively expressed their resolution of loyalty to carry forward national education.
He expressed belief that Korean schoolchildren in Japan would firmly believe in and follow Kim Jong Un only and grow up to be true sons and daughters of Juche Korea, patriotic talents armed with knowledge, a good moral character and good health.
Ri Sang Won, head of the art troupe, said that the personality of Kim Jong Un as the peerlessly great man and the stirring reality of the homeland they saw during their stay hardened the conviction that bright is the future of Kim Il Sung‘s and Kim Jong Il‘s Korea.
He said that Korean schoolchildren in Japan would prepare themselves as reliable successors to the movement of Koreans in Japan and pillars of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan in any adversity, true to the noble intention of Kim Jong Un.
There was a joint performance given by schoolchildren in Pyongyang and the members of the art troupe of Korean schoolchildren in Japan.
