The broad spectrum of south Korean people raise their voices against the south Korean authorities.
The remarks go as follows.
OP-5015 was mapped out for preemptive strike on north Korea after the return of wartime operation control. The political circles express its concern about the consequence to be entailed by amendment and supplement of OP-5015. It is obvious that the unrest of the south Korean authorities which is bound to the south Korea-US alliance would get higher.

The south Korean military authorities sent sea patrol plane to the Guam for military exercise Sea Dragon to aggravate the situation from the start of this year. The present south Korean authorities are nervous of aggravating the situation on the Korean peninsula. It is natural outcome of its submissive attitude toward the US.
